MCC 3000

The pan microscope MCC3000 follows the crystal growth in real-time while providing statistical information (CV, MA)

The measurement head is equipped with:

• A lighting guide holding the optical fibers
• A cleaning pipe (1,5 Bar clean hot water)
• A Borosilicate sight glass

Locate the best position for a representative measurement:

• Area with good agitation
• Below the seeding level
• Limited amount of air bubbles

A minimum clearance of 100 mm must be left free between the sight glass and the calandria inside the pan (free movements of the canula)

Good locations: beside or underneath the calandria 
Wrong location: above the calandria, above the seeding level
